Project scope, pricing and schedule are set only in a written agreement signed by you and Artisan Design Remodel LLC.

Estimates and projects

Submitting a form or booking a discovery call does not create a contract. All remodeling work is governed by the separate written agreement for that project, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Photos and content

Photos, designs, renderings, text and logos on the Site belong to Artisan Design Remodel LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages from us, messages relate to your inquiry, appointments and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools, such as maps, booking calendars and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
